DeckPolish is an upcoming product from Metellus Productions. This page explains what we collect while you explore the illustrative preview and join the waitlist for early access to the product.

The waitlist

We collect your email, signup time, optional presentation use case, and campaign attribution (such as the TikTok creative that brought you here). Waitlist contacts are stored with Resend. We use them to manage early access, understand demand, and send product launch and access updates. We do not sell your information.

The demo

Both the deck creation and redesign previews use prepared sample slides. Notes entered in the demo stay in your browser and are not sent to a server. If you choose a PowerPoint file, its name appears in your browser, but its contents are not read or uploaded. The preview does not currently generate slides from your notes or import, redesign, or export your presentation.

Analytics and browser storage

We keep campaign attribution in your browser for the current session. A temporary secure cookie lets you add your optional use case after signup. If analytics are enabled, we measure page views and interactions such as demo completions and waitlist submissions. We do not include your email, filename, or notes in those events.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or remove your waitlist information by emailing support@metellusproductions.com. We retain waitlist information while early access is active or until you request deletion.
